  • 3. How can I find out which credit unions are part of the CU Service Center shared branching network?

  • 5. Do I need my loan coupon when making a payment at a Shared Branch location?

    Yes, please include your loan coupon when making payments at a Shared Branch location. Since the loan coupon contains your loan account number, it will expedite the payment transaction.
  • 6. I’m trying to login to Online Banking and I don’t know my Automated Phone Banking PIN.

    Your Automated Phone Banking PIN was given to you when you first became a member. You can use this PIN to login to Online Banking as well as to call our automated telephone banking system. If you have forgotten your Automated Phone Banking PIN, for security reasons, please contact Bellco and we will be happy to reset it for you.   • 7. What is the payoff amount for my loan?

    There are three ways to find out your loan payoff amount. Visit one of our branch locations Call 303-689-7800 (1-800-BELLCO1) Log into Online Banking To find the amount online, click on your loan on the All Accounts page. Then, you can view the Payoff Amount in the Account Recap section. Simply choose the payoff date and a payoff estimate will be provided. If you have enough funds in a deposit account (savings or checking), the Payoff button will display in the Account Recap section.
  • 8. I have received the “You have exceeded the limit for account access attempts” message. What should I do?

    Each user has three attempts to login before they are locked out of Bellco Online Banking. If you become locked out, for security reasons, please contact Bellco and we will be happy to unlock your account for you. Call us at 303-689-7800 (1-800-BELLCO1) or visit one of our branch locations .
  • 9. What if I forget my Online Banking password?

  • 10. I'm trying to change my online banking PIN and I receive the error "PIN change failed."

    If you receive the PIN change failed error message when attempting to change your PIN, it means you share the same PIN as another owner on that account. For security measures, owners should not share the same PIN. To resolve this, please call 303-689-7800 (1-800-BELLCO1) or visit one of our branch locations and our staff will be happy to set you up with a new PIN.
